ACCOMMODATION RATES AND BOOKING GUIDE
To make it simple and keep things flexible has been our guideline for over 25 years. Within this time the requirements for accommodation have changed dramatically especially recently. More than ever are the popular short stays. We offer a minimum of 2 night stays both mid-week and weekends.
We have no fixed arrival or departure days if staying for a week or more. We are very happy to advise our guests of attractions, pubs, and restaurants.The Studio is wheelchair accessible throughout with no thresholds and the large ensuite wet room allows complete mobility.
Both Studio apartment and Stable Cottage are available for self-check-in. Once you’ve booked your stay gate entry & door codes will be advised. Sorry no children, we are a farm with a lot of water areas. No pets as we are very aware of guests with allergies.

£135 per night also applies for 3-4 night stays.

What a fabulous place to stay. Beautiful inside and out, lovely peaceful rural location, yet many interesting places to visit nearby. Jan and the dogs made us feel very welcome and we highly recommend the studio.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place to Relax and unwind. The grounds are stunning and the furry friends with a cherry on the top. This will always be a special place for us as the pond was the perfect setting for our engagement!

Thank you Jan for providing us with an oasis of calm we may not have travelled far to find you but it felt a million miles away from home. We return rested and relaxed. We love the garden and badger has been a welcome companion on our walks. Thank you.

We have really enjoyed our four day stay here in the stable.
It has been lovely to stay in such a beautiful place, with such peace and calm and glorious views from our windows. We have enjoyed getting to know the dogs especially badger and my husband Martin will miss him but we hope to return at a later date and we will certainly tell our friends about this gem.
